Using ShiputzAI means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
ShiputzAI provides stores with an AI product-visualization layer that shows a selected catalog product in a shopper's room photo. Results are illustrative and do not guarantee physical fit, exact scale, color, material, or final outcome.
3. Storefront integrations
Commercial connection, catalog, domains, usage allowances, branding, support, and retention apply under a separate proposal or agreement. Merchants remain responsible for pricing, availability, dimensions, safety information, and checkout.
4. Accounts
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect credentials and account activity.
5. Billing and plans
Prices, plans, and allowances appear on the site or in a business proposal. Charges are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass security, scrape at scale, upload illegal or infringing content, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant ShiputzAI permission to process it to provide the service. ShiputzAI software, brand, and design remain owned by the service operators.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiputzAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with disputes heard by competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
