1. Acceptance

By using ShiputzAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ShiputzAI provides AI-powered tools for home remodel visualization, floor plan planning, style matching, product discovery, video walkthroughs, and broad remodel planning.

Important AI output notice:

AI visuals are for inspiration and planning only, not guaranteed final results.
Price ranges and planning outputs are estimates and may differ from real contractor pricing.
ShiputzAI is not a contractor, architect, engineer, legal advisor, or licensed professional service.
Consult qualified local professionals before construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, or permit decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Billing, Plans, and Credits

Plans, credits, and project packs are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the year when yearly billing is selected.
Credits included in subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle. One-time credit packs are added to the account unless stated otherwise.
Prices, credit amounts, tool access, and benefits may change prospectively.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, scrape at scale, upload illegal or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use ShiputzAI in a way that violates applicable law.

6. User Content and IP

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ShiputzAI the rights needed to process, store, display, and provide outputs from that content as part of the service. ShiputzAI owns its software, branding, design, and platform content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiputzAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. This should be reviewed by counsel for your specific jurisdictional needs.
