ShiputzAI helps users plan remodels with AI-powered visual and planning tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, and optional phone number.
• Uploaded room photos, floor plans, receipts, and other content you choose to process with AI tools.
• Usage, billing, credit balance, support, and product interaction data.
• Technical data such as browser, device, IP address, cookies, analytics events, and referral source.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate ShiputzAI, generate AI outputs, save user history, process payments, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and understand marketing performance.

4. AI Processing

Uploaded media may be processed by AI and cloud infrastructure providers so we can generate remodel visuals, style analysis, receipt extraction, and related outputs. User uploads are not intended to train third-party foundation models.

4A. Embedded Storefront Experiences

When a store embeds ShiputzAI, the merchant supplies product context and the shopper supplies the room photo. Room photos and generated results in the embedded flow are processed to provide the visualization and are not added to a ShiputzAI account history or stored in the embed control-plane tables. We retain limited session, quota, security, and interaction records, which may include a protected hash derived from the IP address, product identifiers, placement coordinates, status, timing, and events such as opening, completion, closing, or an add-to-cart request. Public-trial session records are deleted after seven days, merchant session records after 90 days, and monthly aggregate usage after 24 months. The merchant may receive selected interaction events, and the merchant's own privacy policy also applies.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for login, preferences, analytics, attribution, security, and product improvement. Analytics tools may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can manage many cookie choices through your browser settings.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, AI processing, authentication, payments, analytics, email, customer support, and fraud prevention, or when required by law.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep information as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

8. Cross-Border Processing

ShiputzAI is operated internationally, and information may be processed outside your state or country by us and our service providers.
